Currently we only serve local self pick up or agreed delivery charges within Brunei
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we don’t ship internationally for now
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
If it’s a self collect, normally you would be able to collect the item within the next hour of proof of payment
If it’s a delivery, then it’s subject to the delivery service that you are using.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Currently we support online bank transfer or via CDM machine transfer to our Baiduri Bank Account and cash on delivery based on the criteria stated on the items that you would like to purchase.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
As much as we would like to say it’s 100% safe, we are not in the position but we don’t store your credit cards credentials and therefore your finance particulars are not exposed during the transaction.

How do I place an Order?
Just click on the item that you want to purchase and add to cart and check out with the preferred payment method and delivery method and you should receive a confirmation mail once your payment has been verified.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We do not accept cancellation as that would disrupt the whole transaction and also whole flow of inventory
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to be registered with us in order to make a purchase. Minimum info of your mobile number is required and we will send you an OTP upon registration and upon making each purchase

How Can I Return a Product?
Return policy is based on item itself so ‘read carefully’ when making that purchase. Not all items have the same return policy. All purchases are not refundable, but can be exchange for items of the ‘same’ value or more.
